A 21-year-old nursing student named Jasmeen Kaur from India was buried alive by her ex-boyfriend in Australia, according to a court hearing reported by 9News. The ex-boyfriend, Tarikjot Singh, committed this act out of vengeance. Singh pleaded guilty to Kaur’s murder in February after kidnapping her and killing her in March 2021. He dumped her body in a shallow grave, which was later discovered by the police.

Prosecutors stated that Singh planned Kaur’s murder because he couldn’t accept the end of their relationship.
