The Chief Whip of the BJP, D Vinay Bhaskar, criticized the party for engaging in petty politics and disrespecting the people of Telangana. He accused the BJP of idolizing Nathuram Godse, who assassinated Mahatma Gandhi. Vinay also stated that the BJP will struggle in the upcoming elections, with their candidates potentially losing their deposits.

Vinay mentioned that efforts are being made to develop Warangal as a tourism hub. The IT, MA&UD Minister K T Rama Rao will be visiting Warangal to launch development projects worth around Rs 900 crore, including the foundation stone laying for a model bus station in Hanumakonda.

MLC Baswaraju Saraiah criticized the Prime Minister for making baseless allegations against BRS leaders. He highlighted the overall development in Telangana, stating that the entire nation is looking towards the state. Several other political figures were present at the event.

In a separate program, Vinay and Greater Warangal Mayor Gundu Sudharani distributed Bathukamma sarees to underprivileged women. Vinay praised Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao for introducing this gift initiative ahead of the Bathukamma festival.
