Wanaparthy District:
Additional Collector of Local Bodies, Sanchit Gangwar, has instructed officials to promptly resolve public complaints. This includes complaints that come from the Chief Minister’s office.
On Monday morning, both Sanchit Gangwar and Additional Collector of Revenue, M. Nagesh, listened to complaints during the Prajavani program.
Sanchit Gangwar mentioned that people should address the complaints made by the Chief Minister on public radio by October 3. So far, the district has received 297 complaints from various departments. Out of these, 114 complaints have been resolved, while 183 are still pending.
Most of the unresolved complaints are related to the revenue department. Officials have been advised to resolve them quickly. The Chief Minister has also asked for detailed reports about each complaint, including the complainant’s feedback after the issue is resolved.
Additionally, the district public broadcaster’s complaints should be resolved regularly, and updates should be posted online.
A total of 55 new complaints were received on Monday.
Tahsildars, MPDOs, and other officials from the district and mandals participated in a web conference to discuss the issues.
