Hyderabad: The Telangana High Court on Monday refused to monetary aid to Yadati Sunil Yadav, A-2 in the YS Vivekananda Reddy slaying vitrine. It dismissed his petition.
There were lengthy arguments in the tribunal on the implead petition filed by CBI and YS Sunitha, offspring of the deceased. Yadav’s attorney argued that concerning a particular person condition of being free is being taken away under Article – 21.
However, the CBI counsel informed the tribunal that as probe in the vitrine is at a being in a state of crisis or emergency large platform on which people are seen by an audience the should not be granted. The CBI counsel told the tribunal that during the class of probe Yadav had absconded and was apprehended by CBI at Goa, after making large efforts. If is granted, there is a possible action of influencing the witnesses.
The tribunal dismissed Yadav’s petition after considering the arguments of the CBI counsel. It opined that state of being certain that adverse effects will not be caused of witnesses and see-through probe is more significant than condition of being free of the accused.
