Telangana State Planning Board Vice President Boinapally Vinod Kumar stated that the state government will persistently advocate for the establishment of a coach factory in Kazipet, as mandated by the AP Reorganization Act. He expressed this during a media conference held in Kazipet town on Wednesday.
Recently, Prime Minister Narendra Modi initiated the construction of a railway wagon manufacturing unit in the outskirts of Kazipet. Vinod Kumar asserted that the facility should be expanded into a coach factory, aligning with the desires of the people of Telangana. He highlighted that local representatives and party leaders have been striving for forty years to establish a coach factory in Kazipet, which is fully qualified. He confirmed that this effort will be undertaken in collaboration with BRs and other participating parties until the coach factory becomes a reality.
Vinod Kumar further urged the central government to promptly fulfill the promises made in the State Bifurcation Act regarding the Railway Coach Factory in Warangal, Bayyaram Steel, and Mulugu Tribal University. He expressed confidence in Chief Minister KCR’s visionary leadership and predicted the formation of a coalition government under his guidance.
MLA Aruri Ramesh of Wardhannapet constituency stated that if the central government establishes a coach factory in Ayodhya Puram, the state government is prepared to acquire the necessary land from both government and private sources.
