The IT Minister of Telangana, KT Rama Rao, has been criticized by VHP leader Ravinutala Sashidhar for his comments on the Panchangam. Sashidhar has accused Rao of displaying mental illness by linking the sacred Panchangam to politics. He has demanded an apology from the IT Minister to the Hindu society for his “shameless” attempt.
Sashidhar has reminded Rao that the Panchangam has a history of 195,58,85,081 crore years with this Shobhakrut Nama Samvatsaram and it is not an individual but a system that is permanent. He has warned Rao that his arrogance will bury him and his BRS into history.
It is important to note that the Panchangam is a traditional Hindu calendar that provides information on auspicious timings, festivals, and other important events. It is widely used for religious and astrological purposes in India.
