Naidu referred to Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s mantra of “Reform, Perform, and Transform” and stressed the necessity of transformation for the betterment of the country and its people. He emphasized the need to transform the system and people’s thinking. Naidu also mentioned the significance of training classes conducted by political parties in the past and suggested that similar programs should be organized by present-day political parties. He believes that training provides a perspective that helps individuals understand different environments and it is important to preserve and share experiences.

Acknowledging NiMSME as the backbone of the economy, Naidu stated that its contribution has made the Indian economy the fifth largest in the world. He expressed optimism that with continued efforts in the right direction, India can become the third largest economy soon. Naidu also stressed the importance of taking industries to the village level through Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs).

Lastly, Naidu highlighted the use of regional languages in training programs to effectively reach people at the village level. He believes that training individuals in their mother tongue enables better understanding compared to learning in other languages.
