The album “Vasavi Sakshatkaram” was created to honor and celebrate the divine legacy of Sri Vasavi Kanyaka Parameshwari. The album features powerful lyrics written by Brahma Sri Samavedam Shanmukha Sharma and music composed under the guidance of Swara Kiriti Dr. Koti. It was launched at a grand ceremony on Sunday, attended by several distinguished personalities, including Arya Vaisya Gurus, Sri Vasavi Peetham’s 2nd Pontiff Sri Sri Sri Sachidananda Saraswati Maha Swamiji, Hindu Dharma protectors, and Sri Shivaswamy of the Shaivakshetra Peetham.
The event was skillfully organized by Sri A.V.M. Rao, with support from Sri Sidda Hanumantha Rao, ensuring its success. The gathering was further enriched by the presence of notable figures such as Padma Shri awardee Sri Gelli Ramesh, Padma Bhushan awardee Dr. K.I. Varaprasad Reddy, well-known lyricist Sri Bhuvana Chandra, and actor Naresh, all of whom played significant roles in the event.
Speaking at the event, Sri A.V.M. Rao expressed his gratitude, saying, “During this journey, we received tremendous moral support from Shri GMR Group Chairman, Shri Grandhi Mallikarjuna Rao. Shri Koti and Shri Samavedam Shanmukha Sharma dedicated their valuable time to help create this ‘Vasavi Sakshatkaram’ album.”
Music director Koti shared his experience, stating, “It is my fortune to have had the opportunity to work on the ‘Vasavi Sakshatkaram’ album. We worked hard for six months on this project. Every song was created with devotion, and the blessings of Mother Vasavi guided us. The sound design and presentation were carefully crafted to inspire spirituality, and the songs are designed for future generations to understand and cherish.”
Brahma Sri Samavedam Shanmukha Sharma expressed his joy, saying, “The history of Vasavi Matha is well-known worldwide, and I have spoken about her on many platforms. Writing songs about her life story has always been my dream. Koti’s music for these songs is truly magnificent.”
Sri Sri Sri Sachidananda Saraswati Maha Swamiji praised the album, stating, “Koti has beautifully crafted the ‘Vasavi Sakshatkaram’ album. We have ensured these songs are heard in Vasavi Matha temples. Music is a divine tool, and this album carries great spiritual power.”
Sri Sri Sri Shivaswamy added, “Vasavi Matha represents humanity, not just the Vaishya community. This album wonderfully conveys her life story and the principles of Dharma. Thanks to A.V.M. Rao and Koti, this became a reality.”
In a video message, GMR Group Chairman Shri Grandhi Mallikarjuna Rao said, “The songs written by Brahma Sri Samavedam Shanmukha Sharma and composed by Koti are extraordinary. This album conveys the values and sacrifices of Vasavi Matha in a way the current generation can understand.”

Actor Naresh stated, “This album is crafted in fusion music to captivate future generations. Its divine quality will attract everyone, and the songs deserve to be played in temples.”
Dr. K.I. Varaprasad Reddy shared, “The songs beautifully convey the greatness of Vasavi Matha. This album is a treasure for future generations, and I thank A.V.M. Rao for making this possible.”
Dr. Gelli Ramesh commented, “Samaveda’s lyrics and Koti’s melodies make this album truly special and easy for everyone to sing along with.”
Sri A. Kodandaramireddy thanked A.V.M. Rao and Sidda Hanumantha Rao for organizing the event and praised Koti for creating such an extraordinary album.
