Hyderabad: Two students from Narayana Educational Institutions, Bhavyaa Gunwal and Shwetank Agrawal, have made India proud by winning gold medals at the 21st International Junior Science Olympiad (IJSO) 2024. The prestigious event was held in Bucharest, Romania, from December 1 to December 11. Their outstanding performance highlights their exceptional talent and passion for science.
The Indian team as a whole achieved an incredible milestone by securing a total of six gold medals at the competition. Dr. P Sindhura, director of Narayana Educational Institutions, praised the achievement, saying, “Bhavyaa and Shwetank’s success at IJSO 2024 is not just a personal triumph, but a testament to India’s potential in global scientific arenas.”
P Sharani, another director at Narayana, also expressed her pride in the students. She said, “The achievements of our students at the IJSO inspire every child who dares to dream big. This is a fulfilling moment for the entire Narayana family and for our nation.”
