Professor R Limbadri, chairman of the Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE), met with a delegation from Global Wales Skills/Further Education and the British Deputy High Commission in Hyderabad. The purpose of the meeting was to discuss collaboration in higher education and introduce Skills/Further Education colleges to the Indian market.
