The Telangana State Engineering Common Entrance Test (TS ECET) 2023 results came out on Tuesday. 96.53% of candidates who took the test passed. The Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE) reported that out of the 22,454 candidates who took the test, 19,054 were from Telangana and 1,845 were from Andhra Pradesh.

In the FDH and BSE Mathematics category, Srinivas Reddy from Kothagudem scored the highest with 82 marks. A Ramulu from Jangaon came in second, while Mir Aijaz Ali was third. In Chemical Engineering, V Shankar from Andhra Pradesh scored the highest with 132 marks. Karthik Kumar from Andhra Pradesh and Venkata Naga came in second and third place, respectively. For Civil Engineering, M Sathwik from Hyderabad scored the highest with 161 marks. MD Ruksana from Warangal and Sai Kalkieshwar from Karimnagar came in second and third place, respectively.

There are approximately 183 seats available in Telangana’s universities and affiliated engineering colleges. The counseling process for engineering courses will start in the first week of July. Candidates can see their results on the official website of TS ECET at ecet.tsche.ac.in. The TS ECET Exam is conducted annually by the Osmania Telangana State Council of Higher Education and serves as a common entrance test for diploma and B.Sc. (Mathematics) degree candidates.
