The Bhadradri Kothagudem district collector in-charge project officer, Jitesh V Patil, visited the Tribal Welfare Girls High School in Bhadrachalam to check on the food provided to female students. He ate lunch with the students and asked about the meals they were getting. Patil wants to make sure the students stay healthy, especially as they come back to school after the summer break.
Patil also talked about the importance of having basic facilities like toilets, water, electricity, and proper lighting at the school. He reminded staff to be careful during the rainy season to keep students safe from insects and snakes. Patil praised the school’s management for giving students meals according to the menu every day.
The visit included other officials like RDO Damodar Rao, DD Tribal Welfare Officer Manemma, and others. The Tribal Welfare Department is focused on keeping students in Ashram Schools healthy and well-fed.
