He received a positive response from the people during his campaign.

During his meetings, Reddy criticized the BRS party for not fulfilling its promises such as job creation, providing three acres of land for Dalits, and having a Dalit Chief Minister. He stated that the BRS MLAs were involved in corruption and irregularities while the poor continued to suffer. Reddy urged people to vote for the hand symbol, which represents the return of ‘Indiramma Rajyam’ in the state. He also expressed concern for the farmers who had given their lands for the construction of the Edula reservoir and highlighted the hardships they were facing.
