The State government has extended the deadline for land regularisation under government orders GO 58 and 59 by one month. District Collector G Ravi Nayak held a video conference on Thursday with officials from Mahbubanagar to give direction on the scrutinisation of applications submitted on the Dharani portal for land regularisation.
Nayak instructed officials to thoroughly verify all documents submitted with applications on the Dharani portal for missing survey numbers and correction of land extension. Those without proper supporting documents were advised to be rejected. Awareness programmes were also suggested to be created for farmers to submit their applications with all necessary documents for a correct decision in resolving land problems.
The Collector instructed EDM Chandrasekhar to give instructions to e-Seva managements to not upload incomplete applications. All necessary documents must be attached and verified before uploading. Pending applications related to land survey were also discussed, with Nayak directing tahasildars and survey officials to complete land surveys in a timely manner and resolve all pending applications.
