Telangana Announces Convenors for TG CETS-2025

The Telangana Council of Higher Education (TGHC) has officially named the convenors for the Telangana Common Entrance Tests (TG CETS) for the year 2025. According to TGHC Secretary Professor Sriram Venkatesh, the appointments were made by TGCHE Chairman, Professor Balakista Reddy.

JNTUH to Conduct TG EAPCET and TG PGCET

Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad (JNTUH), has been tasked with conducting the TG EAPCET exam for admissions into BE, B Tech, B Pharm, and D Pharm programs. Professor B Dean Kumar, who is the Head of the Department of Civil Engineering, will serve as the convenor for this exam. Additionally, JNTUH will also oversee the TG PGCET for admissions into ME, M Tech, M Pharm, M Arch, and Pharma D (PB) programs, with Professor A Runa Kumari, from the Department of Mechanical Engineering, taking charge as the convenor.

Mahatma Gandhi University to Conduct TG ICET

Mahatma Gandhi University has been assigned the responsibility of conducting the TG ICET for admissions into MBA and MCA courses. Professor Aluvala Ravi, from the Department of Business Management, will act as the convenor for this exam.

Osmania University to Handle TG ECET, LAWCET, and PGLCET

Osmania University will conduct the TG ECET, which facilitates lateral entry admissions into BE, B Tech, and B Pharm programs. Professor P Chandrasekhara, Principal of the OU College of Engineering, will serve as the convenor. The university will also oversee the TG LAWCET and TG PGLCET exams for admissions into three-year and five-year LLB programs as well as LLM courses. Professor B Vijayalaxmi, Dean of the Faculty of Law, has been appointed as the convenor for these law entrance tests.

Kakatiya and Palamuru Universities to Organize TG EDCET and TG PECET

Kakatiya University will conduct the TG EDCET for admissions into B Ed programs. Professor B Venkatram Reddy, from the Department of Physics, has been named as the convenor. On the other hand, Palamuru University will organize the TG PECET for admissions into B P Ed and U G D Ed programs.

These appointments ensure that the 2025 Telangana Common Entrance Tests will be smoothly coordinated by experienced professionals across various universities in the state.
