Tensions rise during MP Aruna's visit to Kodangal

Tensions rose during MP D K Aruna’s visit to Kodangal, specifically in the area of Manne Guda, when police stopped her vehicle on Wednesday.

Angered by the police action, Aruna asked, “Shall I not visit my constituency as an MP? What have I done wrong to deserve this obstruction?” She expressed frustration with the situation and blamed the Chief Minister for the law and order problems in the district.

She further stated, “The law and order problems are due to the Chief Minister’s incompetence.” Aruna emphasized her right to visit any part of her constituency and mentioned that she would meet the District Collector to address the issue.

Meanwhile, BJP state spokesperson Rani Rudrama also commented on the situation. She accused the Congress and BRS parties of working together in the state. Rudrama pointed to allegations surrounding Sudini Srujan Reddy, the brother-in-law of Chief Minister Revanth Reddy, who is involved with a pharma company planning to operate in Lagacherla.

She claimed that Srujan Reddy is a business partner in Adicore Infrastructure Private Limited, a company in which Revanth Reddy was previously a director when it was established.

According to Rudrama, there are further allegations that Sudini Srujan Reddy’s company was given the contract for the Kalvakurti lift scheme during the BRS government. She also mentioned that both Srujan Reddy and Kavitha are implicated in the Delhi liquor scam.

Rudrama concluded by stating that the Kalvakuntla and Revanth Reddy families have benefited financially at the expense of the people of Telangana. She vowed that the BJP would not remain silent in the face of attacks on innocent farmers and officials.
