Two men, YS Bhaskar Reddy and Uday Kumar Reddy, who were arrested in connection with the murder of Viveka have raised concerns about the way the CBI investigation is being conducted. They claim that the CBI has not followed the Supreme Court’s guidelines during their custody. The Telangana High Court, which is overseeing the case, has ordered that the guidelines must be followed when questioning the accused.

The High Court has also ruled that video and audio recordings must be made during the trial. This is to ensure that everything is recorded accurately. Additionally, medical tests will be conducted on Bhaskar Reddy because he is ill. The Telangana High Court wants to ensure that both men receive fair and just treatment during the investigation and trial.
