Khammam: District Collector Muzammil Khan announced that steps are being taken to help people who lost important certificates and documents due to heavy rains and floods. These efforts are part of the “Naa Khammam Kosam Nenu” program.
In addition to providing supplies, the Collector said that certificates and documents will be issued in the flood-affected areas. To carry out this task, 72 teams have been formed. These teams will visit the flooded areas to collect applications from affected residents.
Khan urged people to clearly list all the details of their losses and needs in the applications they submit to the officials. After reviewing the forms, the officials will forward them to the relevant departments for further action.
The application process will remain open for 10 days. Officials will track the progress of each application once it reaches the concerned departments. Special camps will also be set up to assist those who are unable to submit their applications during the 10-day period.
