Telangana deceived twice by 'Battebaz' Congress, claims KCR

The Chief Minister of Telangana, K Chandrasekhar Rao, spoke at Praja Ashirwad Sabhas in Sirpur Kagaznagar, Asifabad, and Bellampally. He accused the Congress party and left parties of being responsible for Singareni collieries employees losing their dependent employment. He also criticized the BJP for hindering the distribution of Podu land pattas to non-tribals.

KCR urged people not to be fooled by the Congress party’s promises and to vote wisely. He emphasized that if undeserving people are elected, it will affect the development of Telangana. KCR highlighted the problems faced by the state when it was formed in 2014, such as water and electricity issues, farmers’ suicides, hunger deaths, and industry closures. However, he stated that the current government has addressed these problems and implemented welfare programs.

KCR promised that if re-elected for a third time, the government will provide Podu land pattas to non-tribals. He praised the development in Sirpur, where 16,000 acres of Podu lands were given to tribals. In the Asifabad meeting, he criticized Congress leaders for supporting only three hours of power supply to farmers and calling the Rythu Bandhu scheme wasteful expenditure. He urged people to decide for themselves what is wasteful and who is wasteful.

In Bellampalli, KCR encouraged candidate Durgam Chinnaiah not to lose hope despite some leaders deserting the party. He assured Chinnaiah that the people will support him.

Overall, KCR emphasized the achievements of his government, including supplying tapped drinking water to every household, providing welfare benefits, and implementing schemes for farmers.
