Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy is on a ten-day overseas tour to attract investments to the state. He will visit the United States and South Korea to promote economic growth. The aim is also to involve Non-Resident Indians (NRIs) in Telangana’s development plans.
During his trip, the Chief Minister will meet with key executives, including the CEO of Cognizant and senior officials from Cigna. He will also have a lunch meeting with the Consul General of India in America. Additionally, he plans to talk with several company owners in the U.S. Revanth Reddy has asked NRIs to help with Telangana’s development, emphasizing their important role in the state’s progress.
The tour began with Revanth Reddy leaving Hyderabad on Saturday morning and arriving in New York City on Sunday afternoon. He is accompanied by IT and Industries Minister Sridhar Babu and IT and Industries Special Principal Secretary Jayesh Ranjan. They received a warm welcome from the Indian expatriate community upon their arrival.
