Heavy rains are expected in districts like Asifabad, Mulugu, Kothagudem, Warangal, Hanumakonda, Manchiryala, and Jayashankar Bhupalapalli today, while moderate rainfall is predicted in other districts including Hyderabad. The meteorological department has issued a yellow alert for these districts in preparation for the rainfall.
