Surveyor Caught Asking for Bribe
In Maktal, a surveyor named Balaraju was caught by the Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB). He was asking a local farmer for a bribe of Rs 12,000.
The farmer needed a survey and a report to divide his 17-acre farm into four parts. Balaraju demanded money to do this job.
ACB officer Krishna Goud said the raid happened after the farmer, Gasam Venkatesh, complained. This successful operation shows the efforts to fight corruption and ensure fair land practices.
