Six students received Ph.D. degrees. Gold medals were awarded to students for their outstanding academic performance. Krishnnaunni, who was the top student in the BA, LLB program, received seven gold medals. Nishtha Gupta came in second place and received four gold medals.

Justice Sanjay Kishan Kaul, a Supreme Court justice, spoke at the 20th convocation of NALSAR University of Law. He emphasized the importance of using different teaching methods and incorporating experiential learning in the classroom. He advised graduates to learn from experienced mentors and to keep an open mind in public discussions. He also discussed various career paths for law graduates, such as litigation, judicial services, commercial law firms, and academics. He urged graduates to prioritize the needs of their family and friends as well as their own mental health.

The convocation was attended by other notable guests, including Justice P S Narasimha from the Supreme Court of India and Justice Alok Aradhe, Chief Justice of the High Court of Telangana. Professor Srikrishna Deva Rao, the Vice Chancellor of NALSAR, highlighted the growth of the institution over the past 25 years and outlined plans for further expansion. The convocation ended with the recognition of faculty members for their research contributions and the release of books and journals published by the university.

In total, six candidates received Ph.D. degrees, and several other degrees and diplomas were awarded to graduates from different programs. Krishnnaunni was recognized as the top student in the BA, LLB program and received seven gold medals, while Nishtha Gupta received four gold medals.

Overall, the convocation celebrated the achievements of the graduating students and highlighted the growth and future plans of NALSAR University of Law.
