Stellantis Digital Hub in Hyderabad is inaugurated by KTR

The Stellantis Digital Hub was opened in Hyderabad by Municipal Administration Minister KT Rama Rao. Stellantis is a leading automaker and mobility provider, known for brands like Jeep, Citroen, and Maserati. The company has a diverse workforce and operates in over 30 countries. They have been present in Hyderabad since 2020 and recently moved to their own office space after collaborating with Wipro.

The Stellantis Digital Hub covers an impressive 75,000 square feet and follows the “New Era of Agility” model, which combines remote and in-office work. It can accommodate over 700 workstations and promotes a collaborative environment. The hub will offer various services in product development, IT, and software technologies.

During the inauguration ceremony, Minister KT Rama Rao highlighted the thriving automotive ecosystem in Hyderabad, with several renowned companies operating in the city. He also mentioned the growing number of employees in the mobility sector, including those in IT services. Technological giants like Qualcomm, Micron, Intel, and Microsoft have also strengthened their presence in Hyderabad.

The Minister thanked Stellantis for their contribution to the Telangana Mobility Valley project and praised Mamatha Chamarthi, Head of Software Business and Product Management at Stellantis, for her role in anchoring the project. He expressed confidence in her leadership and emphasized Stellantis’ expansion plans in Hyderabad.

Stellantis Chief Software Officer Yves Bonnefont expressed excitement about expanding their presence in India. He mentioned the opening of a software hub in Bengaluru last year and the importance of the talented workforce in India for building their global tech platforms.
