Nagar Kurnool: Feedback QR Code Poster Launched
A new Feedback QR Code poster was unveiled at the District Superintendent of Police (SP) office in Nagar Kurnool. The launch event was led by District SP Gaikwad Vaibhav Raghunath and Additional SP CH Rameshwar.
The Telangana State Director General of Police (DGP) had earlier announced the introduction of the QR Code poster across the state. This initiative aims to gather public feedback on police services. According to SP Gaikwad Vaibhav Raghunath, scanning the QR Code will allow people to share their opinions in five key areas: complaints, FIRs, e-challans, passport verification, and other issues. He emphasized that collecting opinions in these categories will help the police better understand public perceptions of their services.
The SP also mentioned that the QR Code posters will be displayed at all police stations, circle offices, and DSP offices within the district. This ensures that the public has easy access to the feedback system.
Additionally, SP Gaikwad clarified that the QR scanner is meant specifically for feedback on police services and should not be used for filing complaints. The event was attended by Additional SPs CH Rameshwar and TA Bharat, along with DSPs Satyanarayana Srinivas and Venkateshwarulu, as well as Circle Inspectors Upender Rao and Srinivas.
This new initiative is expected to enhance communication between the police and the public, ensuring better services.
