Shivakumar claims wind blowing in favour of Congress

Karnataka deputy chief minister D K Shivakumar visited Warangal to support Congress candidate Naini Rajender Reddy. Shivakumar expressed confidence that the Congress will win the election in Telangana. He mentioned that people are tired of the ruling party, KCR Government, and want a change. Shivakumar urged the people to show their gratitude to Sonia Gandhi for fulfilling her promise of a separate state. He criticized KCR for going back on his word of merging TRS with Congress. Shivakumar also highlighted the issues of mismanagement in TSPSC recruitments and corruption in the Kaleshwaram Lift Irrigation Project. He ended his speech by saying that the Congress flag will be victorious on December 3.
