Telangana government has decided to deposit money into the bank accounts of farmers from June 26. This decision was announced by Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao, and officials are currently preparing for the implementation process. The government is providing financial support of Rs 5 per acre to cotton farmers and Rs 10 per acre to soybean farmers. Small and marginal farmers are receiving the benefits. In total, 76,692 farmers in Mulugu district have received the benefits. The distribution of funds is aimed at supporting farmers before the start of the season.
In the district, a total of 76,692 farmers have received Rs 79.18 crore. In Mulugu Mandal, 17,962 farmers received Rs 16.36 crore, while in Venkatapuram, 10,956 farmers received Rs 11.18 crore. In Govindaraopet, 5,927 farmers received Rs 6.92 crore, and in Eturunagaram, 6,522 farmers received Rs 6.11 crore. Similarly, in Thadwai Mandal, 5,017 farmers received Rs 5.53 crore, while in Mangapet, 8,724 farmers received Rs 12.24 crore. In Kannaigudem, 4,580 farmers received Rs 4.45 crore, and in Vajedu, 9,904 farmers received Rs 9.24 crore.
All eligible farmers should take advantage of this program. The implementation of the Rythu Bandhu scheme will provide financial assistance to eligible farmers. As per government orders, from June 26 onwards, funds will be directly deposited into the bank accounts of small and marginal farmers. Farmers who have submitted their passbooks for verification should submit their Aadhaar cards and bank account details to receive the funds.
