The Biden administration has previously declassified intelligence to reveal that Iran sold hundreds of attack drones to Russia and that the Wagner Group, a private Russian military company, received arms from North Korea to support its forces in Ukraine. The administration has said it is releasing such intelligence to ensure clarity among allies and the public about Moscow’s intentions.
