The district administration in Rangareddy is now computerizing the details of applicants who applied for schemes under the ‘Six Guarantee’ program. This comes after a 10-day-long Praja Palana program. Special staff has been hired to scrutinize the applications and make the information available online. District Collector K Shashanka visited the Bandlaguda Jagir Municipal Corporation to inspect the computerization process, accompanied by Additional Collector Pratima Singh and Municipal Commissioner Sarath Chandra.

A total of 261,807 applications were received from all 16 Urban Local Bodies (ULBs) in Rangareddy by January 6. The Jalpally municipality had the highest number of applications with 44,536 received. This area is known as the biggest slum and densely populated area on the outskirts of the city. Around 17% of all applications came from Jalpally.
