The upcoming elections are important for the Congress party, according to Parkal MLA Revuri Prakash Reddy. He spoke to party members at his office, urging them to resolve any issues before the elections. The goal is to gain more support in the Lok Sabha elections compared to the previous Assembly elections.
Revuri mentioned that the Congress-led government is working towards fulfilling its promise of Six Guarantees. He also stated that the BRS party has lost credibility due to corruption, and the BJP is not a strong competitor for the Congress.
The MLA assured party workers that they will be rewarded for their hard work when the Congress leadership appoints them to nominated positions. He emphasized that the party has always supported its members.
During a visit to the town library, unemployed youth preparing for exams requested the MLA to improve the facilities by providing more books and computers. In response, Revuri instructed Panchayat Raj officials to prepare a report for upgrading the library. Other leaders like Katkuri Devender, Koyyada Srinivas, and Malla Reddy were also present at the event.
