Hyderabad: The state administrative machinery is set for a big change after June 4. Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy wants to bring in young and highly experienced officials for his “Dream Team” to ensure that the 6 Guarantees are implemented quickly.

With the elections coming to an end, the Chief Minister wants to shift focus to governance and fulfilling the promises made during the Assembly elections to avoid any political issues. He has asked for a detailed report on the performance of officials, starting from Secretaries in key positions.

Revanth aims to revamp the team at various levels of governance, from villages to the state secretariat, to speed up processes. He has already formed a team of CMO officials and now plans to strengthen key departments with officers like K Ramakrishna Rao, Naveen Mithal, Vikas Raj, Shashank Goel, Jayesh Rajan, and Sandeep Kumar Sultania taking on additional responsibilities.

Telangana cadre IAS Officers on central deputation are also being considered for important roles in the state administration. Amrapali Kata of HMDA may receive new responsibilities in Greater Hyderabad. The Chief Minister’s dream team will supervise schemes and review progress regularly, ensuring benefits reach people on time.

Junior IAS and Group 1 officials may be sent to districts where development is slow. Due to a shortage of senior IAS officers, efficient state cadre IPS and IFS officers will also play a key role in administration, focusing on welfare initiatives.
