Recently, an incident involving vandalism has caught the attention of the public. The Rachakonda Police Commissioner, Mr. Sudhir Babu IPS, has offered his support to Padmasri awardee Shri Darshanam Mogulaiah after a wall surrounding his land was damaged.
On October 11, 2024, Mogulaiah found that unknown individuals had destroyed part of the wall on the north side of his 600-square-yard plot in Bhag Hayat Nagar, Ranga Reddy District. The Telangana Government had granted this land to Mogulaiah, recognizing his contributions to society. The act of vandalism caused significant concern for him and the community.
Mogulaiah quickly reported the incident to the Hayat Nagar Police Station. The local police responded immediately by filing a case and starting an investigation to find the culprits.
In a show of support, Commissioner Sudhir Babu met with Mogulaiah at the Rachakonda camp office in LB Nagar. During their meeting, the Commissioner assured Mogulaiah that the police would take responsibility for the situation. He promised to help rebuild the damaged wall and said the police would intensify their efforts to catch those responsible.
Other officials, including Traffic Additional DCP Manohar and Hayat Nagar CI Nagaraju, also attended the meeting. They confirmed their commitment to protecting the community and supporting respected citizens like Mogulaiah.
The public has appreciated the Commissioner’s quick action in handling this issue. Community leaders and residents hope that the investigation leads to swift justice and that Mogulaiah’s property is restored, preventing similar incidents in the future.
