The new official emblem of Telangana State is expected to be revealed on June 2nd, the state’s Formation Day. The emblem is meant to represent the values and identity of the state.
The unveiling ceremony will take place in the capital city, with government officials and citizens eagerly awaiting the reveal. The design of the emblem has been kept secret, with only a few individuals having seen it before the event.
The emblem is intended to be a source of pride for the people of Telangana, reflecting the region’s rich history and culture. It is also meant to be a unifying symbol for all residents, promoting a sense of belonging and unity.
On social media, a sample of the state emblem has been circulating as a potential design, but an official announcement is still pending.
Former Minister KTR, along with BRS Working President and activists, protested against the Congress government’s decision to remove Charminar from the Telangana State Official Logo. The protest, held at Charminar, drew a large number of supporters. KTR criticized the government for changing the royal seal in a secretive manner, calling it an insult to Hyderabad and its history. He also questioned the government’s intentions regarding other historical symbols like the Kakatiya art gallery.
