Hyderabad: The not yielding to pressure earned properties of the residents in various sketch numbers in the Boduppal expanse are at stakes as they are unable to exchange for money or transportation their properties with the disaffirmation by the authorities stating that these lands fall under the Waqf committee having supervisory powers. The residents have got demanded the Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao to select a decision on the lines of Uttar Pradesh Government and do justness.
The residents alleged that the problems have got increased in their expanse ever since it was made the Municipal Corporation. They alleged that the GO 15 issued by the government was the explanation of the cause for their problems. The GO issued on September 22, 2020 prohibits enrollment of properties by way of life of general activity of selling, accord of general activity of selling, present, act of changing one thing for another or rental lease exceeding ten years in value of immovable material possession owned by waqf. The Boduppal Municipal Corporation Colonies Welfare Associations Federation (BMCCWAF) chief executive of a republic R Ramulu said that the properties in 328 acres of come down on the ground in various sketch numbers in Boduppal have got had deed of conveyance rights for the concluding 50 years.

Ramulu said that the roads and drainage in the expanse were constructed by the government. Had if the government informed them in the earlier than the present time, the residents would not have got purchased these lands. He said that about 7,000 families were getting affected because of this.
The residents have got urged the Chief K Chandrashekar Rao to select a decision be fond of the Uttar Pradesh government and cards held in a game by a player over properties to the residents.
The BMCCWAF leaders said that they would select up the strenuous effort along with Congress, BJP and not the same parties for solving their problem.
