President Murmu has a busy schedule lined up for her visit. On December 18, she will inaugurate and lay the foundation stone for several initiatives at Rashtrapati Nilayam. Later, on December 20, she is set to present the President’s Colours to the College of Defence Management in Secunderabad.
That same evening, the President will host an ‘At Home Reception’ at Rashtrapati Nilayam. The event will be attended by State dignitaries, prominent citizens, and academics. On December 21, she will participate in the valedictory ceremony of the Centenary Celebration of Veeranari Chakali Ilamma Telangana Mahila Viswavidyalayam, also known as University College of Women-Koti.
To ensure smooth arrangements for her visit, the Hyderabad police have made elaborate plans for her travel between Hakimpet and Rashtrapati Nilayam. A traffic advisory has also been issued for the city to manage movement during her stay.
