Before heading to Appapur, Dr. Swarajya Lakshmi made a surprise visit to the Mannanur Primary Health Center (PHC). During the inspection, she reviewed attendance registers, checked the availability of medicines, and examined hospital records. She instructed the medical staff to increase the number of deliveries performed at the hospital to improve maternal care.

At Appapur, Dr. Swarajya Lakshmi focused on the health of pregnant women. She reviewed their Mother and Child Protection (M.C.P.) cards and educated them about the importance of taking calcium tablets during pregnancy. Additionally, she advised pregnant women to get admitted to government hospitals a week before their expected delivery dates to ensure safe childbirth.

Dr. Swarajya Lakshmi also visited the local Anganwadi center and a school in the area. She spoke to students about the importance of personal hygiene and maintaining a nutritious diet to stay healthy.

The program was supported by other key officials, including District Medical and Health Officer Dr. Venkata Das, Dr. Sudhakar, Dr. Bhavana, DPO Renayya, STS Arif, Sharath, as well as lab technicians, X-ray technicians, and health workers.
