HMDA recently held a pre-bid meeting for the Neopolis Phase-II Plots Auction. The meeting took place at T Hub in Hyderabad and was attended by over 100 firms, real estate developers, and builders. The purpose of the meeting was to provide clarifications and details about the plots and the e-Auction process, which will be conducted by MSTC Limited on August 3.
During the meeting, the attendees were informed about the Neopolis opportunity and its promotion in various markets across India. The target audience included individuals, NRIs, institutional investors, bankers, corporates, healthcare and infrastructure firms, and property developers. The developer community was well-represented by local, regional, and national players who showed great interest in the freehold and high-rise opportunities at Neopolis.
