Hyderabad: The State Government might be preparing to reveal important information about the previous BRS government, including certain leaders and officials, as part of ongoing investigations.
Minister for Revenue Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy, who is currently in Seoul studying the Han Riverfront project, addressed reporters about this. He responded to rumors that the government had slowed down investigations into issues like telephone tapping, the Dharni land system, and the Kaleshwaram project. He clarified that this was not the case and hinted at major developments soon.
Reddy stated that “one or two political bombs” could explode soon, as the government is carefully gathering evidence before taking any steps.
He further explained that the report on the Kaleshwaram project would be completed soon and that progress had been made on the Dharni and phone-tapping investigations. He suggested that significant political revelations could happen as early as next week.
