The SP urged officers to ensure that all cases under investigation are resolved promptly. He emphasized that investigations should be thorough, transparent, and backed by technological and scientific evidence to secure strict punishments for offenders. Special attention was given to POCSO cases, with a directive to complete investigations and file charge sheets within 60 days.

To prevent property crimes, Mr. Srinivasa Rao instructed the police to intensify night patrols and maintain continuous monitoring of known offenders. He also insisted on the quick tracing and safe return of missing women to their families. The SP highlighted the importance of a swift response to Dial-100 emergency calls, ensuring prompt arrival of officers at the scene to address issues.

The SP also stressed the need for functional CCTV cameras in all police station jurisdictions. He encouraged officers to educate the public about the importance of CCTV systems and to ensure that any non-working cameras are repaired and operational.

Regarding cybercrime, Mr. Srinivasa Rao directed officers to expedite the process of securing court permissions to refund lost or withheld funds to victims’ accounts. He also instructed the installation of road safety boards, indicators, signboards, and radium boards to prevent accidents. Warning signs and speed limit boards should be placed near sharp curves, and areas prone to frequent accidents should be identified and addressed.

The SP called for a crackdown on illegal activities such as gambling, gutka, ganja, and other unlawful operations within police station limits. He recommended establishing special surveillance to combat these activities. Additionally, Mr. Srinivasa Rao emphasized strict action against vehicles carrying passengers in overload conditions and called for the organization of peace committee meetings at the mandal level to ensure a peaceful atmosphere during upcoming festivals.

The SP directed circle staff to identify key locations in the district and conduct thorough checks on heavy vehicles. He also urged officers to engage in visible policing by conducting regular vehicle checks and drunk-and-drive tests every morning and evening within their jurisdictions.

The meeting was attended by various district officials, including DSP Mr. Satyanarayana, Cyber Crime DSP Mr. Sattayya, and several CIs and SIs from district police stations, as well as DCRB and IT department officials.
