The Cyberabad Commissioner of Police, Avinash Mahanty, recently presented Police Seva Medals to commendable police officers for their outstanding service and talent. In his speech, CP Avinash Mahanty praised the winners for their remarkable contributions to public safety and dutifulness. These service awards are given by both the Central and State governments to police officers who show exceptional dedication and talent in their roles. These medals will be officially presented on the State’s birth anniversary and the New Year.
In 2023, a total of 138 police officers from the Cyberabad Police Commissionerate received medals, including 58 excellence medals and 80 service medals. The winners came from various ranks, ranging from constables to Assistant Commissioners of Police (ADCP).
CP Avinash Mahanty expressed his happiness at the dedication exhibited by the police officers, emphasizing the satisfaction derived from fulfilling their duties diligently and receiving medals without any reservations. He urged the police force to maintain their spirit of dedication and talent while providing excellent services to the public.
