Telangana politics is getting intense as the assembly elections approach. The BJP, BRS, and Congress parties are speeding up their election campaigns. The BJP is particularly active in Telangana and hopes to defeat the KCR government to gain power in the state. They have prepared strategic plans from the ground level.

Under the leadership of Sunil Bansal, the BJP has been formulating strategies. They have received applications from candidates who wish to contest in the upcoming assembly elections. There is a high competition for BJP MLA tickets in Telangana, with over 6,000 applications for the 119 seats.

The deadline for applications was on Sunday, and a total of 6,003 applications were received. It is interesting to note that 2,781 applications were received on the last day alone. Many candidates have applied for multiple positions, hoping to secure a spot somewhere.

Here is a breakdown of the number of applications received each day:

– September 4th: 182 applications

– September 5th: 178 applications

– September 6th: 306 applications

– September 7th: 333 applications

– September 8th: 621 applications

– September 9th: 1,603 applications

– September 10th: 2,781 applications

Actress Jeevitha Rajasekhar has applied for five assembly segments, including Jubilee Hills, Kukatpally, Serilingampally, Sanatnagar, and Secunderabad.

The BJP will follow a three-stage process to select candidates. A committee will review the applications at the district, state, and central party levels. After processing by the state party, the list of candidates will be sent to the national committee for final announcement. The state leadership will soon form a committee to examine the applications at the state level. Overall, the BJP is expected to become more aggressive after the application process concludes.
