Hyderabad: Osmania University celebrated Telangana Praja Palana Dinotsavam in a grand manner at its famous Arts College building.
The celebration brought together all the campus and constituent colleges. It was a moment of pride and joy as everyone came together to honor the special occasion.
Prof. P. Laxminarayana, the Registrar of Osmania University, led the event by hoisting the National Flag. This act symbolized the university’s dedication to democracy, inclusivity, and progress. Other important people present were Prof. D. Reddiya Naik, Officer on Special Duty to the Vice-Chancellor, and Prof. Syeda Talath Sulthana, Principal of the Arts College. Dr. B. Ram Shepherd, Vice-Principal of Arts College, also attended, along with Deans, Principals, department heads, and many other faculty and staff members.
The event highlighted the spirit of Telangana’s governance and the role of education in promoting unity and progress. The participation of senior university officials and faculty from various departments showed how inclusive the celebration was, emphasizing Osmania University’s important role in the state’s education and culture.
