Rangareddy: The Ranga Reddy district administration has started clearing pending pleas for dispute resolution on the Dharani portal following the Lok Sabha polling in the State.
After the completion of polling, the district collector met with Revenue officials to discuss protecting government lands from encroachments and speeding up the resolution of pending applications on Dharani.
During the meeting, collector K Shashanka urged officials to quickly clear the pending Dharani applications without any mistakes. Revenue divisional officers and mandal revenue officers came up with a plan to address Dharani issues, with the collector emphasizing the need for timely resolution.
Tahsildars were instructed to carefully review each application and conduct field inspections when necessary. All field verification reports and relevant documents should be submitted for further verification by the collector.
The district administration plans to conduct a special drive to clear pending files by May 31, with officials urged to work efficiently and responsibly. The collector also requested a detailed village-wise report on government lands in mandals for easy reference by local tahsildars.
Additional collector Bhupal Reddy, RDOs, tahsildars, and other officials attended the meeting. The district administration had temporarily halted the clearance process for Dharani issues during the Lok Sabha elections but resumed after polling was completed.
