Official Urged to Quickly Resolve Outstanding Grievances by Collector

In Rangareddy district, 70 applications were received during the Prajavani programme on Monday. The event took place at the community meeting hall of the district Collectorate in Kongarakalan. District Collector K Shashanka oversaw the programme and urged officials to prioritize addressing the complaints.

Along with the District Collector, Additional Collector Pratima Singh and DRO Sangeeta received applications from residents across the district. The Collector emphasized the need for Line department officials to promptly address complaints from the Prajavani programme. He also stressed that responses to these complaints should be posted online to ensure that all public grievances are resolved.

Officials from various Line departments, including Municipality and Revenue, were present during the Prajavani programme. This influx of applications followed a meeting between Chief Commissioner of Land Administration Naveen Mittal and revenue officials, where they were instructed to prioritize pending Dharani applications.

During a video conference on June 29, the CCLA chief directed District Collectors to resolve pending Dharani applications within 10 days. He also requested updates on the steps being taken at the district level to address these issues. The CCLA chief emphasized the need to expedite the resolution process and implement special measures to resolve pending Dharani matters within the specified timeframe.
