Hyderabad’s annual extravaganza ‘Numaish’ has been extended by three more days until this weekend. The fair will now be open until February 18, from 4 pm to 11 pm. The All-India Industrial Exhibition Society (AIIED), which organizes the fair, made this decision after receiving requests from stallholders. The AIIED confirmed the extension of the fair until the weekend. Initially, Numaish was scheduled to run for 46 days from January 1 to February 15, but due to trader requests, the AIIES sought permission to extend the event.
During the exhibition, traders from all over the country set up stalls selling various commercial and industrial products, clothes from different states, arts and crafts, handloom items, food stalls, adventure activities, fun games, and cultural programs. The fair attracts around 45,000 visitors daily and nearly 85,000 during weekends. On Sankranti, the number of visitors reaches around one lakh. Last year, over 23 lakh visitors attended the exhibition.
