Indian cricketer Mohammed Siraj has officially started his new role as Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP). On Friday, Siraj reported to the Director General of Police (DGP), Jitender, to take charge of his duties.
This position was awarded to Siraj after Chief Minister Revanth Reddy announced that he would receive a prestigious Group-I government post. The honor comes as a recognition of Siraj’s contributions to the Indian cricket team.
The Chief Minister also emphasized that the State government is dedicated to promoting sports and athletes. They aim to support athletes and help them become future stars.
