Khanapur: MLA Vedma Bojju Patel has issued a strong warning to BRS leaders, telling them not to make false claims or spread fake news about the State government.
Bojju Patel emphasized that the state government is focused on improving the lives of fishermen. He, along with the State Fisheries Department Chairman Sai Kumar, participated in an event where they released fish fry into the Kadem dam. During this event, Bojju Patel spoke about Chief Minister Revanth Reddy and top BRS leaders, including KTR and Harish Rao. He challenged them to explain what they have accomplished for the state’s development over the past 10 years.
The MLA also criticized claims that there are no fish in certain ponds. He said that if anyone has doubts, they should check for themselves by diving into the ponds. He further assured that the government will provide fish fry to fishermen at no cost. According to him, the government is working hard to improve the economic conditions of fishermen.
He added that the government is committed to the development of all communities and has established a fish breeding center in Khanapur constituency to support fishermen. Later, Fisheries Department Chairman Mettu Sai Kumar, along with officials, visited the Kadem project and took a boat ride to inspect the area.
