    Peddapalli: IT Minister D. Sridhar Babu laid the foundation stone for a new Tahsildar office building in Kamanpur mandal on Saturday.

    The new office will be built with Rs 50 lakh from the District Mineral Foundation Trust (DMFT). This project is part of efforts to improve government facilities in the area.

    The Minister was joined by District Collector Koya Sri Harsha. Together, they also launched several development works in Ramagiri mandal.

    Minister Sridhar Babu said the government is focused on building important offices that serve the public. He mentioned that new Tahsildar offices will also be built in Ramagiri, along with an integrated officers’ complex in Manthani Division and a new RDO (Revenue Divisional Officer) office.

    He instructed officials to choose good locations for these buildings within mandal centers to make them easier for people to access. He also announced future plans to build a shopping complex and a modern library for the public.

    The Minister also talked about development projects already completed in Kamanpur. These include a Junior College, a campus of JNTU Engineering College, a Horticulture University, and a 130/32 KV power substation.
