    Hyderabad Becoming a Global Hub for AI and Advanced Technologies

    Hyderabad: IT and Industries Minister D Sridhar Babu has highlighted Hyderabad’s rapid growth as a global center for Artificial Intelligence (AI) and advanced technologies. He made these remarks while inaugurating a new workstation for the tech company Data Economy in HITEC City on Sunday.

    The Minister praised Hyderabad’s appeal to global businesses, attributing it to the city’s skilled workforce and top-notch infrastructure. He commended Data Economy for its achievements in cutting-edge fields such as quantum computing, digital twins, and data transfer solutions. Sridhar Babu assured the government’s full support to help the company grow and expand further.

    Emphasizing the importance of talent development, the Minister spoke about the newly launched Young India Skills University. This institution aims to prepare skilled professionals to meet industry demands. He also encouraged software companies to expand their operations to smaller cities, like tier-2 and tier-3 cities, to ensure balanced regional development.

    The Minister expressed optimism about Hyderabad’s growing ecosystem of startups, AI centers, quantum computing hubs, and data centers. He believes these advancements will create significant job opportunities for the youth. Sridhar Babu also urged Data Economy to contribute to the development of the proposed AI City and applauded the company’s plans to hire 500 more employees in Hyderabad by the end of next year.

    The event was attended by company representatives, including Ravi Kopuri, Jawahar, and Roshan Kumar, along with other dignitaries.
