Under Chief Minister KCR’s leadership, villages and thandas are experiencing rapid development, according to Minister of Tribal Affairs Satyavathi Rathod. She recently participated in the foundation stone laying ceremonies for various development projects in the Husnabad constituency, along with MLA Vodithala Sathish Kumar. One of the projects she inaugurated was the Telangana Tribal Welfare Gurukula (Girls) School and College in Husnabad town.
Additionally, Satyavathi Rathod inaugurated the Telangana Tribal Welfare Gurukula School (Boys) College in Gadda village of Husnabad mandal. She also laid the foundation stone for the construction of additional classrooms in the same area. These projects have been funded with a cost of 4.20 crore and 5 crore respectively.
During her speech, Satyavathi Rathod emphasized that the welfare of tribals is a priority for the government. Chief Minister KCR has worked towards this by converting 3,146 thandas into Gram Panchayats and investing Rs 4,000 crore in building roads for tribal habitations.
She criticized the BJP government, stating that they only make promises without taking action. She also pointed out that Revanth Reddy, who claims to provide a pension of Rs 4000 in Telangana, only offers Rs 700 in Congress-ruled States. In contrast, CM KCR has proven his commitment to solving problems and has increased tribal reservation by 10 percent while creating employment opportunities for tribals.
Satish Kumar, the MLA, expressed gratitude towards CM KCR for his support in developing the constituency. He also thanked Satyavathi Rathod for securing funds for thandas through the Tribal Development Corporation. Finally, he urged the people to support CM KCR and his party in the upcoming elections.
